The fireplace will be flanked by glass door cabinets, with the hearth and niche areas covered in tile.

Most of the first floor will be covered in oak hard wood flooring with the exception of the master bed room and the laundry.

The laundry will be tile and the master will be carpet.

The trim detail will mainly consists of 1x6 and 1x3 profiles with some special attention given to the columns.

What about the walls? It seems bead board batten strips will be the choice with a 3’’ cap detail that will go up about 64 inches.

The stairway detail will have hardwood treads and landing with the same bead board batten strip detail.

Is there room for visitors? The Artisan Craftsman has two bedrooms upstairs with one full bath.

If you need more room, the Craftsman has a full walk out lower level with approximately 1125 square feet that could be finished; we have also added a storm bunker or some call it a wine room in the lower level.

The total living area on the first and second floor is approximately 2200 square feet.
